Policies

Orders:
We do not have a shopping cart.  Products can be ordered by telephone (410-872-0608), Fax (440-455-1320) or email to Nature's Gems. Please ensure that you provide your email or phone number so that we may provide you with a confirmation when your order will be shipped.

NOTE:  Check or credit card transactions will be processed the same day that your order is mailed out.  For special orders, checks or credit cards may be processed sooner in case special materials have to be ordered from the manufacturer. 

Confidentiality:
All customers personal information and email address provided to us will ONLY be used for processing orders or to reply to feedbacks.  Customers' information will never be shared with any other company for any reason.

Payments:
MasterCard, Visa, Money Orders and Personal Checks are accepted.  Personal checks must clear our bank before your order can be shipped.

Shipping:
Shipping and handling is $5.00 per order (Continental USA only). Products are shipped via USPS.  All shipments are certified and insured.   Please allow 1 to 2 days to prepare your order for shipping.  Shipping time varies from 5-10 days to most areas of the country. If you would like faster delivery, additional shipping fees will be added to your order.

Returns:
Products may be returned within 7 days from the time they are received by the customer, as long as the item is unused and in the same condition when it was shipped.  Shipping fees are not reimbursable.  Special orders cannot be returned, unless there is a workmanship defect.

Discounts:
Discount Coupons can only be used at the craft shows.  Coupons must be printed and presented during your purchase to receive a 10% discount on the total purchase amount.
